Established in 1968, Fook Woo is the largest integrated paper recycler in China. We are the largest waste paper management services provider in the China Region (including Hong Kong, Macau and the PRC).  We are also the largest confidential materials destruction service provider in Hong Kong, servicing financial and other professional institutions, printers, governmental and public organizations. We are also the leading producer of recycled tissue paper products in the PRC, producing recycled bathroom tissue, jumbo rolls, and paper towels using 100% recovered paper, primarily sourced from our waste paper management and confidential materials destruction services network in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province.

Our operations require the use of specialized facilities and equipment.  We currently operate five waste paper collection stations in Hong Kong including one secured destruction facility in Fanling, Hong Kong and also collect waste paper at our production base in Huizhou. We also have a paper manufacturing plant in Huizhou, China. We introduced a series of technological advanced paper machines imported from Europe and North America, including the most advanced tissue paper machine Advantage DCT 60 from METSO Paper Karlstad AB in Finland and the wide-web multifold towel interfolder from USA C.G.BRETTING Manufacturing Co., Inc in July 2009. In addition, we operate our own supporting facilities which provide us with power, steam, water treatment and logistical support.
